How it works
When you choose us to build your sustainable home, we guide you through a thorough briefing process to understand your specific wants and needs. Occasionally, we may challenge your thinking to uncover your ultimate goals.
Once the feasibility and concept designs, along with costs, are approved, we prepare a comprehensive engineering and technical pack—an instruction manual, if you will—detailing how your house will be built.
Commissioning and refining
To provide you with peace of mind, we finalise the main building fabric design early on. We then commence commissioning the structural fabrication and order components and materials in advance, storing them until we are ready to begin on-site construction. Once planning permission is secured, we can swiftly move into the construction phase.
From construction to completion
We organise site clearances and demolition works to prepare the foundations. By fabricating the structural elements in advance and collaborating with the factory to resolve any issues, we ensure a smooth and efficient build process. This significantly reduces the construction time, with a typical one-year build completed in just three months.
We work collaboratively with reputable local firms
Local firms oversee your project from start to finish, utilising our technical expertise to optimise modern construction methods. We handle the fabrication of the building structure, external finishes, M&E (mechanical and electrical) installation, and internal decoration.
All our work is modelled in a BIM (Building Information Modelling) environment, enhancing efficiency and quality, especially during the manufacturing process.
